Default media center

When I watch A dvd or the t.v. in the resized window.
I use the mouse and the picture goes into the tray. How
do I keep this from happening?

when i go to watch tv on my laptop it says video error files needed to
display are missing or corrupt, I can watch dvd's and everything else works.
where can i find these files that are missing or corrupt and download
them???????or is there another issue i am unaware of??? help please!!

You may have to reinstall the drivers for your tv tuner card.
