Default Media Center Causing Crash in VistaB2

I am using Windows Vista B2 and when I start the Media Center, (after
clicking the icon) about two minutes after, the system goes to "bluescreen"
and crashes. It restarts and Windows is OK again. How do I fix this problem?

Most likely that its your video card driver thats causing the problem. Try
updating the video card driver to see if it fixes the problem.

what are you doing when this happens? What sort of information does the
bluescreen give? (yes, bluescreen errors have helpful information).

Thanks. Windows Update did not find the driver. I noticed that the driver
installed was as of 4/27/2006 so I went to the NVIDIA website and found they
had a beta driver designed for the requirements of Windows Vista. D/L now.

Thank you

The blue screen shows up and disappears so quickly -- usually in 2 seconds --
all i see is "dumping physical memory to disk"...and the driver update did
not fix the problem. Would reinstalling Vista help?

Click Start > right click Computer > Properties > click Advanced System
Settings > Advanced (tab) > under 'Startup and Recover" click Settings >
under System failure uncheck "Automatically restart", launch MCE again, this
time when the BSOD occurs you see whats written on it.

Thanks for your assistance. Unfortunately, the system still crashed after
performing this operation. Any other ideas?
BTW- what is BSOD?
