Media library sharing

Hi,

On the Vista build 5472 i am not able to turn "ON" the Media Library Sharing
in Network and Sharing Center. I am able to open the Window for it. But when
I click on the button "Change", nothing happens. Any other option to trun on
the media library sharing....
