media player 11

ohh boy i cant delete it it wont roll back it crashes all the time by saying
it has encountered an error i cant use system restore to roll it back either
what can i do anyone got any ideas please

i tried that nothing is working when i installed the player i got a migrate
error message saying it needed to close since then it wont roll back or delete

You do not DELETE - you UNINSTALL in the Control Panel.

i ment uninstall the uninstall wont work it just wont roll back looks like im
going to have to format my hd

Reinstalling XP would be the extreme and not necessary.
You can delete WMP using the Safe Mode. But first, I suggest
you reinstall WMP10 overtop or current version. If that doesn't
work, then delete.

Media Player 11

I have for several weeks been quite happily using the beta version of Windows
Media Player; version 11. However recently I received an error message
saying: Error loading C:\WINDOWS\system32\wpd_ci.dll. A dynamic link library
initialisation routine failed. This is probably an easily rectifiable error
so please excuse my ignorance. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Can't install this software. Get's to 60% instalation then it quits and ask
me to click on the web help button - which i do (whilst connected to the web)
but nothing happens?

I don;t have access to it
