Media player works for everyone but me

New Dell computer, OS is XP SP1...set myself up as Admin,
four other family users as well. Media player works fine
in all categories for other four users but not for me
under my account...won't do anything when clicking
on "radio tuner". Will display but then acts like its not
connected to the 'net. Works with CD/MP3/stored media.
The default settings for my account appear the same as
the other four users...ideas?

Under WMP's Tools:Options menu, can you access the Network tab?
