Message Rule option

Hi. When I create message rules in Outlook Express Mail, is it better to
choose 'and stop processing more rules' for each rule or just the last one?

I find it is easier to create the rule by simply
selecting either 'where the from line contains specific
people' and then in the actions section of the rule 'move
to specified folder' It is a simple matter of filling in
the required fields and then processing the rule. All you
want is to move the email out of the inbox and into
another folder.
