messenger partental control

Just installing Vista R1 and just enjoying the "parental control" feature -
just ideel for my daugter

So therefor all webpages are blocked and I
control which ones are allowed - but somehow MSN Live 8.0 canÂ´t connect
thought it - has testet and allowed a lot of microsoft and live.com and
msn.com ect. ect. Anyway 207.46.115.xxx and 207.46.110.xxx comes op in the
"activitÃ½ view", so instead of allowing from 207.46.115.2-254 and
207.46.110.2-254 - IS there an easy way of allow msn messenger to come though
parental control ??
