micosoft word spell check

I have just got microsoft word on my computer and the
spell check does not work because it can not find the
files for the spell check.
any idea's??????

Hello JV

Place your MS Office cd in and do a add/remove but select custom
installation and install those features from the Office cdrom, when you
did
the install maybe you picked typical, if you choose custom you can
install
the extra's ok.

This group is for people experiencing HARDWARE issues with the Windows XP
operating system, as your problem is neither hardware or Windows XP-related,
may I suggest you repost in a more appropriate place?
