Microsoft Connect server down ?

I dual boot XP/Vista Ultimate and my Onecare Live is out of date and won't
update. So when I try to get OneCare beta 2.0 I get the followinf message:
The system has encountered an unexpected error. We apologize for the
inconvenience. The issue will be addressed as quickly as possible.



If this error continues, click the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page
to report the issue and include this error ID in your e-mail:
202db02a-9570-46bd-bf75-6fa95490c8c3

I get this message in both XP and Vista and also when I click the Contact Us
link ? I had the update problem in XP before and this is getting to be a
PIA.

Flush your cookies and temporary internet files, close the browser, and then
try again.

Known issue.
