Default Microsoft Security Bulletin MS03-039: Security Update

After I download this security update, it begins to
install, and then stops and the error message reads that
the install for "Security Update for Windows XP (KB824146)"
failed. This has happened once before with a security
update. How do I overcome whatever is causing this
problem?

I hope you can help!

Thank you,

Katriona5

Mark,

Are you running Windows XP or 2K? Can I also please also get the Windows
Update.log file from c:\windows or c:\winnt directory?

Thanks,

Can you please stop wasting bandwidth by full-quoting? You had
the entire log text quoted

Guideline: Only quote what you are referring to.

Thanks a lot,
