microsoft visual c++ runtime library

when i go into a my music folder...as it begins to display
the thumbnails, I get an error message....it says:

runtime error!
program: c:\WINDOWS\explorer.exe
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it
in an unusual way. Please contact the application's
support team for more information.

I've never seen this message before...please someone help
me!
