Default Microsoft's Letters & Labels

Sir:

I have a Dell Dimension 4400 that has Microsoft XP. I
bought the computer May of 2002. Last Sunday the
computer crashed. I contacted Dell and they walked me
through installation of the Microsoft XP that came in the
CDs provided by Dell at the time of purchase. I now
cannot bring up Microsoft Word's Letters & Labels.

I tried to load CD Microsoft Works Suite 2002 disk 1,
thinking that Letters & Labels task would be there. The
correct popups occur until you click on Start Sheet. A
popup appears requesting a 25-character Product Code.
That code is not on the CD or case that I received with
the computer.

Questions: Is the Letters & Labels task on that CD and if
it is what is the Product Code I need and where do I get
it?

What has this to do with printing and/or faxing?! Your support is supplied
by Dell - suggest you keep on at them. MS does not, will not and cannot
provide support for OEM installations.
