midi files in moviemaker

Hi, I'm new to this and have a question! Can you export midi files into xp
movie maker? If not how can I convert them to wav files without purchasing
a program. I only use it to make movies of my grandkids and I have a great
time doing this, nothing professional! Where can I download wav files if I
can't convert?
