Minolta CF1501 SetString Errors

I have a Minolta CF1501 using a Fiery X3e internal controller.
After setting the printer up on our Print Server, when installing on
multiple Windows XP clients, I get a bunch of 'SetString' errors when
trying to view the properties of the printer from any of the client
machines.

Examples: SetString: szPDLCodeFailed
or REG_INFO Failed

The clients can print to the printer, which is fine, but I'm wondering
about the multiple error messages when trying to view properties of
the printer.

I've tried updated drivers on the print server, removing locally
installed print drivers from the XP clients, and reinstalling the
printer, but that did not work.

Any suggestions out there?
