Missed the Consumer Preview Program

I didn't get my Windows Vista discs. I was sad to find out that I missed the
deadline for the CPP.

Will Microsoft restart the CPP? Or is it completely done? I am very upset
that I missed it. I really wanted to try out the beta for myself but now I
won't get to.
