Missing COM+ 'Preinstalled' Apps ".NET Utilities" and "Volume Shadow Copy"

".NET Utilities"

Found this one, installing .NET Framework again does not
fix but cmd line from :

%SYSTEMROOT%Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\1033
\repairRedist.htm

fixes it.

Still missing :

MS Software Shadow Copy Provider

hunting install/updates for this one now.
