I don't need to include messenger do I?
Here is an error from the event log.....
When I try to do a remote assistance, I get an error right away..."Remote
Assistance failed. Please try again" In the event log this is the error I
get....
The description for Event ID ( 7036 ) in Source ( Service Control Manager )
cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry
information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer.
