Missing control chars

Hello,

we have problems with our XPE image to displaying characters which are lower that 0x20. We have made our own font, which contains some special chars. Under NT,W2K and XPPro the chars are displayed, but not on our XPE installation.

How do you install the new font on your XPe image?

Hello

we install the new font, with the font manager (start menu, open font, install new font). The font works fine for all char above 0x27 (ASCII)

Peter,

Sorry, I am not a font guy so can't really help you here. Your font should
work the same as on XP. Not sure if you could see characters with ASCII
codes 0x20 there.
Just in case, you may want to check this registry key
[HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Fonts] to see if you font
is in the list and properly installed.
Another thing to try is to integrate the font in to your image properly
through TD. Making your font component inherit is from "Font Prototype"
component.
Sorry, no answer from me. Maybe someone else have got a clue for you.
