Missing "Copy to CD" command in my Pictures

You need to be more specific than Roxio - there is more than one product. Can you Right Click - Send To CD?

Windows does music CDs (the user interface is in media player) and data CDs (UI in Folder Tasks sometimes or Send To always). It is the same program. You only install software if you want more than this. Most software turns off the windows program. If so it won't be on Send To.
