Missing image printing on Windows XP

I am having a problem printing help topics. Under new
Windows XP the HP Laserjet printer (HPLJ8100) is not
printing images within the file. I was able to print
perfectly under previous Windows NT. The printer is also
set-up correctly and all other printing jobs are fine.

The printer prints correctly when you print only one topic
and choose option "Print the selected topic" but do not
print images when you choose option "Print the selected
headings and all subtopics" from SAP Help files.
This was not a problem previously under NT.
