Missing main menu on Explorer

When I open Explorer the address bar, MAIN MENU, and tool
bar are all missing. Im not sure how it happened but I
can't find a way to get the main menu back with out it I
can't get the address bar or tool bars back either, It
only affects the EXPLORER window not the my computer, or
internet explorer windows. restarting opening and
closeing has no effect.
