Missing Options

require me to change some options. The trouble is that
these options do not appear where they should be. For
example, When I right click on a folder and choose
properties, there is supposed to be a tab
labled "security," but the tab does not exist. The
solution for this is to open Windows Explorer and click
Tools>Folder Options>View, then select "use simple file
sharing" from the list, but this option is not on the
list. What do I do to fix this? Thank you.
