S.9 states:
"S.9 Copy CreateLogoUsers.cmd, FailInstallFromCommitCustomAction.msm,
RegDump, RegDiff, Restart Manager Tool and ThreadHijacker directories to the
“Tools” directory on each machine used for logo testing. These tools will be
provided by Microsoft (See Notes associated with these tools in List of Tools
below)."
