mm won't save...

I'm using mm 2.1 and have the movie completed but trying to save the film to
my computer or anywhere else recieves this message..."Windows Movie Maker
cannot save the movie to the specified location. Verify that the original
source files used in your movie are still available, and tha there is enough
free space available, and then try again."........Anyone know what that
means??? I'm brand new to movie maker.

Is your computer formatted in FAT32? Do you have free space equal to 2X the
video footage?

Same problem to me.
Plenty space, even a 1 second single clip movie won't
save.
Disk is NTSF formatted.

I have a new Dell 4700 running XPMCE and it's formatted in NTFS. The original
file was around 820 MB but I removed clips until the remaining file was just
under 100MB and I have 75% of my 80 Gig drive free.
