MM2 will not start

Bruce, I'm no computer whiz and I couldn't get my mm2 to
work. I went to the Microsoft website and did the scan
for updates for xp. After downloading all of the updates
and service pack (140 mb)it amazingly started to work
Maybe, give that a try.
