0x8007007e = "The specified module could not be found" - sounds like your
missing a dll that the wmm* files need. This normally indicates your Windows
installation is incorrect/incomplete. You can spend weeks trying to fix this
problem by looking for files etc. The quickest way is generally to
re-install Windows...
