monitor color is way off

Did you buy this new? The model is listed as a "previous model" at the
Daytek website which doesn't mean it isn't new, I'm just trying to clarify
for purposes of trying to help.

One way to check would be to connect the monitor to another computer and see
if you have the same issue. If yes, there's likely a problem with the
monitor and you might want to take it back. Especially if it is new since
it would still be under warranty.
