Monitor goes back to Sleep immediately after waking up.

The "Power Option Properties" are set to Turn the Monitor OFF. After moving
the Mouse to Turn the Monitor back on, the Monitor Turns back OFF after
approx 2 Seconds & will not respond. I turn the Monitor OFF & back ON, but
have to click on the Task Bar before it Turns OFF again to keep it on.
HELP !!!!

Yes, well, after carefully looking over the specifications of your system,
along with which build of Vista you currently have installed, I have come to
no conclusion whatsoever and I offer no solution.
