| It's no big problem because screensaver or monitor power saving won't be enabled in my final target, but I just noticed this. With a CMD shell running full screen, the monitor is still powered off by default if the system has been idle for some time. It won't come back on by moving the mouse or using the keyboard though. The only way to get it back on is to make the display come out of full-screen text mode by starting a GUI application or pressing alt+enter to switch the console to window mode. This is a minlogon target with cmd shell, XPe SP1 with all QFE's installed. | Guest

| I can confirm that I have the same problem with minlogon and command shell. I was restarting the machine to bring it out...thanks for the tip about alt-enter. Perhaps it can be logged as a bug.
