Mouse misbehaving

Hi,

An alternative to Sharon's suggestion is to uninstall the update (KB824145)
for now. Click start/run, and copy/paste in this command and click "ok":

c:\windows\ieuninst /q c:\windows\inf\q824145.inf

You can reinstall it at a later time when the issue has been addressed.
