Mouse Utility

The latest mouse driver/utility from Microsoft seems to have lost a major
feature. That is the ability to orient the movement of the pointer so that
you don't have to twist your wrist. What happened?

MS decided to remove it, along with other features. Does not appear to be
returning. yet.
