Default Move the "home" folder location

I'd like to set up an account with a profile which has a home folder on a
different partition -- not in c:\users. I've tried changing the Home
folder "local path" location in Computer Management > Local Users and Groups
Quote:

So this does create a set of folders (Documents, Music, Pictures, etc.) in
the specified location. However, When you access "(accountname)",
"Documents", "Music", "Pictures", etc. from the start menu, you are
accessing folders in c:\users\accountname.

After all these years, is there any way to create or move user profile Home
folders to a location other than the default?

TIA.

Create the folder in the desired location right click the right folder
select share apply share then move your folder to it.
