Move 'Public' folder to another disk

I want to move the Public folder "C:/Users/Public" to another disk
(F:/Users/Public).
This seems a bit more difficult than moving the regular users folders.

Does anyone know how to do this ?

I haven't tried this. I confirmed the key exists on my computer but I have
no idea if this works or if it may cause problems.
