Movie Clip Download Malfunction

I can no longer download movie clips from web pages. Norton Anti-virus says
I have Downloader.Trojan in my Documents and Settings file. I have
attempted to fix it per Norton, but the problem still exists. I need advice
from some one who is familiar with this problem. Thanx.
