Movie duration > than real when adding to the time line

Hi there
when i install windows and MM2 all is fine
but with time some problems occur
now when i record a video from WINDVR for say 1 hour
it's imported but when i try to add to time line
it saye movis is > 6 hours
and also im Media player
dosn't detect the correct duration of the movie
any solution
