Movie Maker Keeps crashing

I am having the same problem. everytime I try to load a saved file my
computer gives me an error message. I don't know what I am doing wrong or
how to fix it. Please HELP!!!!

everytime i import a video and i start to add clips to the storyline, when i
click the second clip to add ad drop it it just freezes off and it closes.
can anyone tell me how to fix this problem

If the videos clips are .mpegs...try converting
them to .wmv or .avi and re-import them.
