Default Movies not added to Library

I tried to post this as a reply to another thread but it wouldn't let me. So
here is the new thread.

What's weird is that these very same movies added just fine under MCE 2005
without issue. I added the folder as a watched folder in Media Player and
the movies are found and loaded just fine...complete with
previews/thumbnails. All codecs are installed, else Media Player wouldn't
show them.

When I add the folder under Media Center, it just comes back and says there
were no movies found...at all. I have over 300 movies in the folder
including Xvid, Divx, WMV, MPEG, etc. It finds NONE of them. What gives?

Yes it did. You are experiencing a well-known bug in the web-based
newsreader. It give a false error message. If it annoys you use the
Windows Mail newsreader.
