Moving files to another directory - impossible?

Posted: 10-26-2006, 01:12 PM
Hi

My daughter has made many Movie Maker -projects which include hundreds of
avi, jpg, mp3 etc files (these projects are not saved as movies). Those
files are all over my computer in different directories. I tried to collect
those files and copy/move them into one single directory. But after that,
red X's of course came instead of thumbnails. Now my question. Is there any
possibilities to make a copy of one project and save it in another directory
so that the files which belong to this projects "follow" to this directory?
(Sorry my poor english)

If you right click the Red Xs that appear
after you move the files, you should be
able to Browse to the new location and
re-establish the path to the files.

Your English is very good

It is probably easiest to just tell movie maker where the files are now and
get it to retrieve them.
