Moving PD and Actie Directory?...

I just set-up a new primnary domain controller on Server 2003 with active
diretory. The system is my first PDC and is also used as a file server. Due
to hardware problems I need to move this setup to a new machine. I've
already setup the new hardware with the same level of Server 2003. Is there
a simle method to transfer all my settings and configs from one machine to
another or would I be better off just reconfiguring the new machine?...
