MP 10 Burners Not Detected

hi,
i just installed MP 10, but it won't detect either of my
two cd burners. i have a nero cd burning plug in, but that
doesn't work either. i eneabled recording on the drives
from my computer but that isn't doing anything for me
either. has anyone got an idea what i could do.
