You probably "finalised" the CD instead of making it "multi-session". If
thats so , you've at least got a
useful drinks mat ;-) What software do you use ?

Cheers,
Jerry

Did my answer to your question when you asked it yesterday prove to be
incorrect?

Please advise,
Ian.

some cds can only be written to once. if it is a CD-RW you
can write to it as many times as you want. but im guessing
your cd is a CD-R. once you have written to a CD-R disk
(cd read disk) you can never do it again. if you wanted to
have written more songs to the cd they would have to have
been done at the same time. get it? if you dont email me
back and ill try again

You can leave the CD-R "open" using a multi session. Once its full you
finalise it.
