Using the 32 bit DVD, the system will NOT install. It says it is NOT a valid
Win32 app.
This is the same problem I had with the download, which is why I paid for
the DVD.
It WILL run from safemode, but that is NOT an upgrade- only a new install.

Just to clarify, you load the DVD and when you start the machine, it won't
boot to the DVD? Do you get a message about pressing a key to boot to the
DVD? Do you have the DVD set in the Bios to Boot first priority? Sorry if
these questions are rather basic, but what you are seeing doesn't seem
normal.
