MS Fax for Class 2/2.0 Fax Modem

I want to apply the fax software with my ZyXEL Elite 2864I fax modem which
has offline fax capabilities. I have currently problems with the reception of
a fax from the fax memory. The ZyXEL support questioned the Class 2.0
functionality of MS FAX for WinXP.

Who can help me?
