| Hi all, Since installing Vista I've been unable to successfully download the messages from MSN account. I see the headers and on very rare occassions a message may actually download. Previously I was able to make the MSN account the default/primary account, in fact if I recall correctly it was not using a pst file. It created an ost file. Now I have to have a corresponding pst file and have lost the ability (or fail to recall how) to create an ost file (I still have a backed up copy of it). What is required to ensure mail messages can be downloaded, besides the obvious "Mark for download and process". Thanks in advance, Shaun | Guest
