msvc32i.exe error

I get an error message every time I turn on my computer.
It says application error mscv32i.exe. I am also having
problems with me internet. I keep getting error messages
that read msvcrt.dll and it kicks me off the internet. I
ran all virus checks and find nothing. HELP!!
