| Darren, Add the "User Account" component. Click advanced in the right pane and set the cmiUserName to your desired username, set cmiUserPassword to your password, and set cmiUserGroup to 1. | Tim, Same steps just don't change the cmiUserGroup to 1. Here is a list of the cmiUserGroup options... cmiUserGroup 1 = Admin group cmiUserGroup 2 = Power User group cmiUserGroup 3 = User group cmiUserGroup 4 = Guest group As far as your post above, IIRC the local groups aren't stored in the registry but rather in a .dat file of some type. So adding user groups beforehand, or during FBA are going to be a little tricky. The net.exe utility may provide all that you need by calling it through a batch file and creating groups. You could potentially do this as a run-once request just after FBA. HTH, Brad Combs Imago Technologies "Tim Houle" <thoule@as-e.com> wrote in message news:03ee01c3973f$6441bef0$a101280a@phx.gbl...
