Like all other consumer Microsoft OSs, you can only install Windows XPon one computer.
If you want Windows XP on two computers, you need to buy another copy.

You can install it on 2 computers, but you will not be able to activate thesecond one. after the grace period is up, it will no longer boot into
windows.
You will need to purchase a second license.

You don't need to buy another copy, but you do need tobuy another liscense for your current copy. Search the
microsoft site (or this board) for multiple liscenses.
