Have you tried making different directories to install the different
programs. It seems a lot easier.

There are a number of programs for which that solution won't work
because they'll overwrite each other's registry entries. QuickBooks is
one example, and perhaps Tfalik's Timberline (which I don't know) is
another. I know a number of CPA's who must run multiple versions of
QuickBooks because their clients are not all on the same versions, and
stupid Intuit uses incompatible file formats from one version to the
next. (I've had to set them up with multiboot systems.)

I'm not sure whether Tfalik is looking for something like Virtual PC or
HyperOS to run two OS's at the same time, or simply looking for a
dualboot/multiboot scenario, for which there is plenty of info available
just by googling for "dualboot windows".
