Multiple Named Networks

In windows vista, will you be able to easily switch between named network
configurations? So that like if I want to connect at home, i just select the
home connection, and it loads the specified IP, Subnet Mask, DNS, and
Gateway. If I am at a different location I can just select Work and it will
change all the TCPIP configurations at once. I work for multiple school
districts, each with their own specific IP configurations, some DHCP, some
static. Currently with alternate configuration in XP, it will check for a
dhcp connection, and if not detected shift to my alternate. However
sometimes I would like to just switch, whether there is a dhcp connection or
not. The only way it appears to do this currently is through 3rd party
software
