Does anyone know if it possible to create a multisession
CD using Microsoft Windows XP Professional? I have read
the document "Transcript: Chat About Burning CDs in
Windows XP", and that does not provide much support.
Also, where it says that by default it is enabled for CD-
R discs, and disabled for Audio CD's, I have found that
there are problems, in that only the files created in the
first write cycle are actually there. This is the case
both in the CD-ROM drive on my home PC, and the CD-RW
drive where I am at the moment. i.e., the
files "written" on the second, third etc. write processes
are not there. The dialog box that states that Windows
is creating the CD image, writing to the cd, making the
cd usable, etc. Then, if I try the cd in a different
machine (identical to this one) it does not have the
extra files, and if I then use the same computer on
another day, there is the same problem.
Any help is appreciated,
Paul.
